i use to do this but now i just hope we do have it in the back cause when we don’t our customers think we have all the time in the world and want us to call every store to find something you could easily get cheaper at another store that isnt kohls. or walk them threw thru the larger than life kiosk aka huge computer in our store! come on people! if you don’t know how to order something online, you are totally in the wrong century.
